What is the best way to send file to you?
The best way to send file is over the internet via ftp. Please save your file as jpg format, or if you have more than one file, save those files in a folder and then zip that folder into a single zip file file. Then ftp that single file to us. If the file is too big and it takes too long for your internet connection, please burn a CD and mail it to:

Yes. You can ftp only jpg format files to 66.237.27.194, username=remote, password=749east; After uploading is completed, please call or email your sales representative to give detail instruction. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PUBLIC FOLDER THAT MEANS WHOEVER LOGIN INTO THIS FOLDER CAN ACCESS ALL THE FILES IN THIS FOLDER.

What is Sintra?
Sintra is a lightweight yet rigid board of moderately expanded closed-cell polyvinyl chloride (PVC) extruded in a homogenous sheet with a low gloss matte finish. It is considered archival because it is durable, PH neutral, and minimal outgas property. It comes in different thickness, sizes and colors. The most common ones are 1/8", 1/4" thickness and black and white in color.
