We can easily proof from digital files. When submitting digital files, or scans from film, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Files must be standard sizes (3.5x5, 4x6, 5x7, 6x9, 8x10, 10x12, 10x14 or 10x15). If your image is not one of these sizes, you must create a standard-print-size canvas in Photoshop and drag your image onto it, then flatten and save as JPEG or TIFF.
Example: a 9x12 image would need to be put on a 10x12 canvas.
Resolution should be no greater than 300 dpi. Our Frontiers print at 300 dpi, so all submitted files should be 300 dpi.
File formats must be JPEG or TIFF. We can accept CDs, zip disks or FTP. If you upload your files via FTP, please use JPEG format only.
Group your files in folders according to paper finish, then print size & print quantity. Example: If you want 2 copies each of 4 different images on 4x6 paper, you would create a folder called “Glossy,” then make another folder inside of it called “4x6@2,” then copy the images you want to print from into that folder.
